Edgar H. Schein is the author of 15 books, most recently Helping: How to Offer, Give, and Receive Help, The Corporate Culture Survival Guide, and Career Anchors: Self Assessment. A recipient of many academic awards, he is a Sloan Fellows Professor Emeritus from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he taught for many years.
